Kostas holds an MFA from the State University of Brockport, in Rochester New York (VSW) and a BA from the University of Nevada, Reno in photography and digital media. He is an active fine art photographer and has instructed on photography both in United States and Greece. Besides the study of photography and digital art his research and work has been informed by many art forms, including film, video-art and music.

“I am interested in the interplay of the inner and outer, the microcosmic and macrocosmic and the factual and fictional narratives of the natural world, as they translate through photographic aesthetics. My intent is to reaffirm a world of myth, beauty, mystery and wonderment that arises in the presence of close observation and receptive intuition.”
